I want to thank the team for developing the design project. I came to the guys for a single-family house project — I liked the result and the approach so much that afterwards I ordered three more projects from them. They did everything turnkey with full support. They work precisely, with heart and a real understanding of the craft.
I approached Vertex to design a bathhouse and to renovate a log house. At the first meeting Victoria studied every detail of the site (building dimensions, the slope of the plot, etc.), gathered our wishes and asked the right questions — ones that are hard to think of upfront unless you work in construction/design. We were advised to do a geological survey to optimize foundation costs and remove extra risks. After that they fairly quickly prepared and approved the architectural plans for the bathhouse and the house: interior elements, materials and facade design in a single style. For the bathhouse they also prepared a structural plan to make it easier to work with the construction company. When the build started, prompt professional support was provided for any questions that came up — special thanks for that, it's very valuable! The collaboration left a positive impression; I can recommend them!
