Why Vertex Project Needs an Office in Warsaw
Since March 2026, Vertex Project officially operates in two countries. Opening the Warsaw office is a natural step for a firm that has been delivering projects for clients from Poland, Germany, and other EU countries for several years. Now we have a permanent presence in the heart of Europe.
The office is located in the Wola business district in western Warsaw—one of the most rapidly developing areas of the Polish capital. It hosts headquarters of major development companies, legal, and consulting firms. This location reflects our ambitions and sets the right business context.
Over the past three years, the share of EU clients in our portfolio has grown from 8% to 27%. These include country residences in Poland and Germany, interior projects for Polish developers, and BIM transition consulting for European firms. Remote work worked well, but physical presence opens fundamentally different opportunities.
Polish clients value face-to-face meetings. The European construction market operates differently: personal recommendations, participation in professional associations, and regular attendance at industry events are important. The Warsaw office allows us to build these relationships systematically.

What This Means for Our Clients
EU clients can now meet our architects in person—without needing to travel to Minsk. All legal and financial matters will be handled under Polish law, simplifying contract signing and payments for European customers.
Additionally, the Warsaw office will serve as an entry point for projects in Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, and the Baltic countries. We are already negotiating with several Polish developers regarding premium residential complexes.
"Poland is not just a geographic bridge between Belarus and Western Europe. It is a gateway to a market with significantly higher construction standards and a more attractive investment climate."
If you plan construction or renovation in Poland or another EU country, you can now contact us directly through the Warsaw office. Address and contacts are available on the "Contacts" page.
